Wood floor installation engineering scale difference control

Basic principle

1.1 Before the actual measurement, according to the progress of each building in the same bidding section, 2-4 suites in the plastering stage are randomly selected from the drawings as the measured suites. The room type with the most units is required.

1.2 Considering the process characteristics, the reinforced composite floor does not detect the "floor seam width" and "floor seam height difference" indicators, and all the measured indicators of solid wood and solid wood composite floor are tested.

Surface smoothness

2.1. Indicator description: Reflects the level of indoor floor.
12.2.2. Acceptance criteria: pine floor [0,2]mm, other floor [0,2]mm
12.2.3. Measuring tools: 2 meter gauge, wedge gauge
12.2.4. Measurement methods and data recording:
(1) The wooden floor of each functional room can be used as a measurement area, and the accumulated actual measurement amount is 6 measurement areas.
(2) Choose the two diagonal areas on the ground of the same functional room, and measure them twice according to the 45 degree Angle between the wall and the ruler, plus measure the middle area of the room once, a total of three times. The middle area of the floor of the guest \ restaurant or larger room needs to be tested once.
(3) The measured values of 3 or 4 times are respectively used as 3 or 4 calculation points to judge the pass rate of the measured index.
(4) When the measured area of surface roughness in the selected 2 suites cannot meet 6, the number of measured suites needs to be increased.

Seam width of floor

3.1. Indicator description: refers to the size of the gap between the two floor strips of the floor, reflecting the quality of the perception. This index is applicable to solid wood flooring, solid wood composite flooring.

3.2. Qualification standard: parquet floor ≤ grid standard: parquet floor ≤ pine floor ≤ pine floor ≤ other floors ≤0.5mm

3.3. Measuring tool: steel plug

3.4. Measurement methods and data records:

(1) The index should be measured at the end of the decoration. The Wood Floor of each functional room can be used as a measurement area, and the accumulated actual measurement amount is 6 measurement areas.
(2) Select the steel plug of the corresponding thickness according to the joint standard corresponding to the different floor materials.
(3) On the floor surface of the same measured area, visually select two floor strip joints with the largest suspected joints, and insert steel stoppers into the gaps between the floor strips. If it can be inserted, the measuring point is unqualified; Otherwise, the measuring point is qualified. The two measured values in the same functional room are selected as the two calculation points to judge the qualified rate of the measured index.
(4) In order to facilitate data statistics and improve the efficiency of measurement, the unqualified points are recorded by adding 0.1mm according to the standard, and the qualified points are recorded by minus 0.1mm according to the standard.
(5) When the measured area of the floor seam width in the selected 2 suites cannot meet 6, the number of measured suites needs to be increased.

Floor seam height difference

4.1. Indicator Description: This indicator reflects the relative height deviation of the joint of two floor strips. Mainly reflects the quality of perception. This index is applicable to solid wood flooring, solid wood composite flooring.

4.2. Qualification standard: ≤0.5mm

4.3. Measuring tools: steel ruler or other auxiliary tools (flat and stiff), steel plug

4.4. Measurement methods and data records:

(1) The index should be measured at the end of the decoration.
(2) The wooden floor of each functional room can be used as a measurement area, and the accumulated actual measurement amount is 6 measurement areas.
(3) On the floor surface of the same measured area, visually select 2 suspected floor strip joints with the largest height difference, and use a steel ruler or other auxiliary tools to cross the joints close to the two adjacent slats, and insert a 0.5mm thick steel plug into the gap between the steel ruler and the floor strip. If it can be inserted, the measuring point is unqualified; Otherwise, the measuring point is qualified. The two measured values in the same functional room are selected as the two calculation points to judge the qualified rate of the measured index.
(4) In order to facilitate data statistics and improve measurement efficiency, the unqualified points are recorded at 0.6mm, and the qualified points are recorded at 0.4mm.
(5) When the measured area of the floor seam difference in the selected 2 suites cannot meet 6, the number of measured suites needs to be increased.

4.5. Example:

The level of the floor is very poor

5.1 Indicator description: Considering the operability of the actual measurement, the difference between four corner points and a midpoint of the floor in the same room and the same horizontal line is selected as the measured index to comprehensively reflect the level of the floor in the same room.

5.2. Qualification standard: ≤15mm

5.3. Measuring tools: laser leveling instrument, steel tape measure (or ruler, laser rangefinder)

5.4. Measurement methods and data records:

(4) Each functional room wood floor, stone floor, tile floor (no slope finding requirements) can be used as a measured area, the cumulative measured actual amount of 10 measured areas.
(5) Use the laser leveling instrument to punch a horizontal reference line in the measured plate span. In the middle area of the two sections of long wall and 4 corner areas with kickers on the ground in the same measured area, 1 point is selected within 30cm from the ground edge line, and 1 point is selected in the geometric center of the ground. 7 vertical distances between the ground of the leveling layer and the horizontal reference line are measured respectively. Take the lowest point as the base point, calculate the deviation between the other four points and the lowest point. When the deviation value is less than the vertical distance, the measured point is qualified; When the maximum deviation value is ≤, the actual value of the 7 deviation values (the deviation value of the reference point is 0) is used as the 7 calculation points to judge the qualified rate of the measured index. When the maximum deviation value is greater than 20mm, the 5 deviation values are calculated according to the maximum deviation value, which is used as 7 calculation points to judge the qualified rate of the measured index.
(6) When the measured area of floor levelness in the selected 2 suites cannot meet 10, the number of measured suites needs to be increased.

Wide seam between skirting line and surface layer

6.1. Indicator Description: This indicator is the maximum deviation of the width of the gap between the kicker and the floor surface in the range of the straight line segment. Reflect the quality of perception.

6.2. Qualification standard: ≤1mm

6.3. Measuring tool: steel gauge

6.4. Measurement methods and data records:

(1) The index is measured at the end of the decoration. Each continuous linear section of the kicker line is taken as a measured area, and the actual measured amount is 6 measured areas. If the measurement method is invalid due to joint construction, this index may not be measured.
(2) In the same measured area, visually select the two suspected largest gaps, and insert the two gaps with a steel plug of 1mm thickness. If a point can be inserted, the measurement section is unqualified; Otherwise, the measuring section is qualified. These two measured values are used as one calculation point to judge the qualified rate of the measured index.
(3) In order to facilitate data statistics and improve measurement efficiency, the unqualified points are recorded at 1.1mm, and the qualified points are recorded at 0.9mm.
(4) In the selected 2 suites, when the measured area of the width of the seam between the skirting line and the surface layer cannot meet 6, the number of measured suites should be increased.
